What makes your coffee different from other Kona coffee’s sold on the Internet?
Our coffee is what is referred to as an Estate coffee. An Estate Coffee is a coffee whose beans are grown and marketed by a single farm. Estate coffee beans are not mixed with beans from other farms, thereby ensuring quality and consistency in taste from year to year and cup to cup. At Hualalai Ranch, employees throughout a four-month period hand pick only the ripest top quality coffee cherries for our milling. This process along with the high elevation location of our fields guarantee us a smooth, favorable, consistent drinking coffee.

Hualalai Ranch is located on the slope of Mt. Hualalai Hawaii, which peaks at 8,271 feet.

What types of ordering options do you offer to purchase your coffee?
We offer several types of ordering options for your convenience. We offer secure online ordering with a credit card via Verisign, US Mail via credit card as well as Fax via credit card. We also accept checks and money orders via US Mail.

How can I be sure that my online order is safe and secure?
Security is the number one priority here at Hualalai Ranch. We want our online customers to feel confident that their sensitive credit card information is safe and secure. We only keep the minimal information needed to process your order and never save your credit card information in our database. We have partnered with Verisign, a leader in secure online transactions, and send all the information to them for credit card processing. Our web site uses HTTPS secured transactions and comes complete with a certificate of authentication from Verisign stating that you are doing business with a reputable company.

Franklin is the Ranch Manager and oversees all aspects of the coffee growing, harvesting, milling and web site process. For online orders, please be sure to include your order number with any correspondence you send.
